Pycharm this applicatation failed to start because it could not find or laod the qt plaform plugin
Pycharm 运行时候报如下错误
网上找了各种解决方案，主要是讲C:\Program Files\Python35\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\plugins\platforms加到环境变量中，亲自试过未能成功。尝试将C:\Program Files\Python35\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\plugins\platforms文件夹放到venv\Scripts文件夹下后成功，不再报错。
