HP RP8420大容量电源故障处理

客户反映：服务器前面板 Attention指示灯×××。

故障定位：Attention 告警，有两种情况，Log告警未读（温度过高、系统报错、网络中断...）,硬件故障。本次故障为一块大容量电源告警。

故障处理：

1、大容量电源属于热插拔设备，在线更换。

2、更换后，Attention告警灯仍在，需要登录MP 查看Log或者清除Log。

3、连接管理端口，登陆MP（管理端口），默认用户名密码Admin/Admin(注意大小写)

设置如下：

8 位，无奇偶校验

9600 波特

无（接收）

无（传输）

4、由于管理员更改MP默认密码，未能进去，与客户沟通重置密码。

按住10秒左右就可以清空密码

5、重置密码后，进入MP，操作消除Log。
