Gitlab配置webhook时报错
Url is blocked: Requests to the local network are not allowed
解决办法：
- 点击用户root
- 找到setting
- 找到Admin Area （此处在More旁边的设置按钮上）
- 在屏幕右侧找到Settings == Network
- 找到Outbound requests选项，点击Expand
- 把Allow requests to the local network from web hooks and services前的勾打上
- 保存即可
