找出问题所在。
显然我的libiconv没有被编译为正确的架构，x86_64和jekyll导入和nokogiri需要i386。
解决方案是安装通用libiconv库。我通过使用Mac端口并安装libiconv端口通用变体来完成此操作。
sudo port install libiconv
sudo port install libiconv +universal
我还必须像这样安装libxml2和libxslt。之后，一切都完美了。
